Enquiry and Booking
If you are interested in an assessment for

Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Dyspraxia or Learning Difficulties or Developmental assessment
​
for a child or young person between the ages of 0-16 years
We will be able to assist you.
​
We offer appointments usually within 4-6 weeks* of you submitting the relevant information.
​
We offer telephone, video and face-to-face appointments.
​
We prefer to see children and young people face-to-face for their assessments.
​
Face-to-face consultation is available at
Spire Bushey Hospital WD23 1RD and Attenborough Surgery WD23 2NN
​
Clinic days are usually held on Saturday mornings and some Monday afternoons*/evenings*

Booking
We are not able to accept ONLY ADHD assessment at this time.

Please briefly describe your needs in the message and your insurance provider's details, if applicable.
You will need the authorisation code if using an Insurance Company.
You may be required to make a payment.
By submitting the Booking Form, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
